Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage the MBPS community investment program that provide volunteering opportunities for our colleagues. These should align with the Manulife Impact Agenda and community needs, ensuring their effectiveness through data-driven evaluation and efficient budget management for sustainability and scalability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Global and Regional community investment team in Manulife, community organizations, non-profits, to identify collaboration opportunities, and enhance program reach
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and research to understand community needs and priorities, using feedback from community members and stakeholders to refine and adapt community investment strategies.
  • Create clear communication materials and prepare reports and presentations to share the impact and outcomes of community investment initiatives with internal and external audiences, including senior management and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of the community investment strategy, aligning it with corporate social responsibility goals, and provide expert advice to leadership on emerging community issues and trends.
