Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day merchandising execution for the UK & Ireland Disney+ service, ensuring all customer-facing surface areas — including the homepage — are accurate, engaging and optimised
  • Adapt regional EMEA merchandising plans to reflect local market insight, audience behaviour and editorial opportunity across the UK and Ireland
  • Deliver end-to-end CMS builds, maintenance and experimentation, including pages, collections, sets, badges and calls-to-action, alongside full QA of service previews
  • Bring a uniquely British perspective to regional plans, championing UK originals, acquisitions and branded content
  • Partner closely with Marketing to support integrated campaigns, milestone meetings and launch plans
  • Collaborate with Social & PR teams to honour Coming Soon commitments and external announcements
  • Work with Customer Engagement and Analytics teams to make reactive, performance-led adjustments to merchandising strategy
  • Lead bespoke UK editorial stunts and activations in partnership with Creative teams
  • Act as the point of contact for Disney+ on UK partner platforms (including Sky, Virgin Media and others), supplying up-to-date content recommendations and maintaining strong relationships
  • Participate in programming weeklies, stand-ups, regional reviews, presentations and content briefings in support of the wider Programming team
