Responsibilities

  • Manage sales pipeline, tracking opportunities, and updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, calls, and product demos.
  • Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Assist in contract management and documentation.
  • Maintain sales records, files, and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and analytics.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs): sales revenue, conversion rates, and sales cycle length.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Generate monthly/quarterly sales reports including DSR.
  • Manage sales team's email, calendar, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and sales events.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks – including any support required for merchant related routine requirements like following with vendors for TID release, Generating SR for customer requests.
  • Maintain sales team's documentation and knowledge base.
  • Assist in sales budgeting and forecasting.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams: marketing, Vendors, customer success, and product.
  • Communicate sales performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
  • Participate in sales meetings, providing data-driven input.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
