Responsibilities

  • Work within the MSK Therapy team to deliver efficient and clinically effective care to your caseload of patients, using evidence based practice to ensure that your patients can achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Undertake assessments, design and implement treatment plans independently, to rehabilitate your patients who be mainly drawn from Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, and Primary care referrals, amongst other sources.
  • Work towards the clinical competencies for your role, supported by regular clinical supervision, In-Service Training, Journal Club, and Preceptorship (where appropriate).
  • Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records, will maintain your CPD portfolio, and will supervise the work of the Therapy Assistants.
