Responsibilities

  • Be accountable and manage the customer P&L, including Revenue, Spend, Market Share and Profit targets. This will involve full ROI analysis of all customer initiatives i.e., promotions to ensure trade spend budget is spent in most effective way possible.
  • Clear reporting of monthly review of volumes, plans, NPS and TA's and commercial reviews.
  • Execute plans for assigned Account(s) that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies.
  • Facilitate excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning.
  • Adhere to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local trade terms, safety, and legal regulations.
