Responsibilities

  • Follow up on inbound marketing leads to assess their potential and qualify them as sales-ready leads for the sales team.
  • Engage in thoughtful conversations with prospects, helping them understand the value of ITI’s solutions and positioning us as a trusted partner.
  • Proactively reach out to leads generated through marketing efforts, with a focus on building relationships and discovering business needs.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and other sales personnel to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads and follow-up for effective conversion.
  • Work with Sales Operations & Marketing to accurately track lead interactions, update CRM systems, and manage sales data to ensure lead information is up-to-date and organised.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to better position ITI’s products and solutions.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and nurturing efforts to meet sales goals.
  • Regularly report on lead conversion rates, activities, and outcomes to management to ensure alignment with sales targets and objectives.
  • Work with ACM’s to visit customers at least 1 time per month to develop sales skills by observing ACM’s.
  • Successfully identify and complete all relevant training both in-house and external, as required.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, procedures and protocols.
  • Assist with any other duties reasonably requested and in line with the requirements of the role.
