Responsibilities

  • Establish plan codes for Enterprise/TRS new business.
  • Establish plan contacts on Salesforce.
  • Conduct Accurint searches for beneficial owners.
  • Establish plan shell accounts in preparation for plan configuration.
  • Establish plan fund lineups based on documentation provided by the Investment group.
  • Configure plan-level design provisions based on the plan specification document provided by the Implementation Project Manager group.
  • Establish participant and plan-level fees based on fee specifications and service agreements provided by the Implementation Project Manager group.
  • Establish Personalized Retirement Advice (PRA) products where applicable using the PRA Agreement provided by the Implementation Project Manager group.
  • Run plan-level forms.
  • Perform platform testing.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) peer work for each plan setup phase.
  • Ensure service level standards are met for each plan setup phase.
  • Communicate plan setup inquiries to the Implementation Team Leader.
  • Provide suggestions for procedure revisions and efficiencies to the Implementation Manager and Implementation Team Leader.
  • Attend training and development sessions as needed.
  • Manage communication and documentation.
  • Perform Quality Control (QC) and Workforce Support if necessary.
  • Assist in training new hires or act as a subject matter expert.
  • Handle other reports and responsibilities needed for the role.
