You will conduct home visit Occupational Therapy assessments of referred patients, providing direct patient care to assess their medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
Is prior experience with specific EMR systems necessary?
Experience with our EMR system, Hello Note, is not required, but proficiency in EMR documentation is necessary.
Is there a requirement for CPR certification?
Yes, a CPR Certification is required for this position.
Where will the Occupational Therapist be working?
The position requires in-person work, with the option to choose locations of patients.
Are patients referred to me, or will I need to find my own?
Patients will be referred to you for assessment and care.
