  • - Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) college or university.
  • - Unencumbered Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) license for New York.
  • - Conduct home visit Occupational Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
  • - Proficient in EMR documentation (we use Hello Note but experience in this system is not required).
  • - CPR Certification.
  • License/Certification
  • - Occupational Therapist License (Required)
  • Ability To Relocate
  • - Queens: Relocate before starting work (Required)
