Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with the Workforce Development & Inclusion lead, act as operational lead and subject matter expert on learning, inclusivity and organisational development in the workplace
  • Working collaboratively across the People and Workforce Development team and other stakeholders using a variety of ways, to explore specific elements of the People strategy supporting the development of a learning and inclusive culture
  • Develop and embed organisational development and learning initiatives, using influencing, persuasion, negotiation skills to get the required insight to support project planning and decision making and recommendations for interventions and programmes This could be in an environment where there may be significant barriers in understanding of complex process which need to be overcome using developed interpersonal and communication skills
