Responsibilities

  • Shaping regional operating rhythms: Design and lead operating cadences across EMEA—such as planning cycles, strategic reviews, and reporting check-ins. You’ll adapt global practices to local realities, bringing structure and clarity to a diverse and growing set of markets.
  • Leading regional reporting and goal tracking: Own the frameworks that track progress across functions and countries. You’ll ensure goals are aligned across SEO, Content, Marketing, and Growth, and that regional reporting connects clearly to International Supergroup objectives.
  • Driving regional cross-functional alignment: Facilitate coordination across local and global teams—ensuring regional priorities are integrated with global initiatives. You’ll play a central role in connecting the dots between Country Leads, product-aligned teams like Search & Discovery, and global functions like Marketing and Content.
  • Enabling business continuity across operational constraints: Partner closely with Legal, Procurement, and Finance to streamline contracting and invoicing in markets without legal entities. You’ll help design and evolve lightweight processes that enable the region to operate smoothly and compliantly. You’ll also act as a proactive liaison between EMEA and central functions like Payments, Legal, and People, helping regional teams navigate internal processes while advocating for regional needs in global forums.
  • Supporting strategic hiring and team growth: Work with Talent Acquisition and Country Leads to drive hiring operations in the region. From role scoping to onboarding, you’ll build repeatable systems that make hiring efficient and scalable.
