  • As a Ryanair Graduate, your experience will be broad but significant, allowing you to further develop your career within an area that interests you. Your role could see you tackle a wide range of business challenges and you will spend 12 months in two key business areas over a two year period.
  • Please note, only those graduating from 2022, 2023 and 2024 will be accepted. This position requires eligibility to work in Ireland on a permanent basis and travel freely throughout our network.
  • About the Operations Graduate Programmes:
  • With two rotations of 12 months, you will spend time shadowing the Chief Pilot and other senior Ops personnel with various analytical, reporting and administrative tasks to help manage our 7,000+ strong pilot workforce.
  • You will then assist Ryanair's Safety team, the best in the business to monitor potential threats to our operation, promote our “Just Culture” as well as providing regular safety & security updates across the Ryanair Group network. This is a key area of the business and vital for ensuring that our 38+ years impeccable safety record remains.
  • Our Ground Ops Graduates will get a chance to get into the day to day of the operation. Consisting of 2 rotations, you will assist senior managers in running our Ground Handling at some of our biggest bases, ensuring that our flights depart on time with happy guests. You will then shadow a number of Regional GOPs Managers throughout the network ensuring that each of destination airports are following the Ryanair procedures and executing the perfect '25 minute Turnaround'
