Desired candidates for the Operations Graduate Rotation Program in NYC should be on track to graduate in 2024 with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. They should have a strong interest in financial markets, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multitask and collaborate in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to maintain relationships. Experience with SQL or Python would be a plus.

The candidate will develop strong product and industry knowledge, work closely with team members, produce reporting, recommend process improvements, launch new accounts/strategies/funds, manage trade capture and affirmation, monitor control functions, execute trades, provide market analysis, assist with cash and collateral management, perform reconciliations, and resolve P&L issues.
