Requirements

  • Knowledge of warehousing and distribution best practice, including manpower and equipment needs to minimise labour costs.
  • Driver’s Licence (car).
  • Warehouse Management Systems & ERP (SAP) experience.
  • Qualification in warehousing or logistics would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Day to Day operations, and associated duties, using experience and organisation to ensure there are adequate resources to meet agreed objectives.
  • Plan operational initiatives in conjunction with Senior Manager - National Healthcare to improve profitability and/or productivity.
  • Adhere to requirements of the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) Licences, the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) accreditations and the Poisons Licence at all times.
  • Engage and deliver monthly business reviews (MBR) to healthcare customers.
  • It is expected that you will carry out these accountabilities within the HSE Frameworks that apply at Toll, including but not limited to the Toll Group Global HSE Management System, the business unit HSE management systems and relevant site HSE procedures and safe systems of work.
