Responsibilities

  • Working with the Store Manager, embed a culture that builds a team of engaged product and Brand ambassadors within your store
  • Identifying operational opportunities and making commercial decisions that improve the customer experience and store results
  • Manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity, wage targets and operational efficiencies
  • Help identify the teams development needs and motivators to drive wellness, engagement and performance to build our bench for future succession
  • Planning and communicating targets to motivate the team to achieve goals
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager & key business partners to lead and deliver visual and loss prevention standards
  • Advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation, leading the team on how they can make life changing impact on our projects around the world
