Responsibilities

  • Ensure client issues and queries are resolved by responding and escalating as appropriate and timely
  • Facilitate communication between Client Operation & other business units to ensure an effective operating environment
  • Ensure superior client satisfaction by proactively identifying client needs, and potential internal issues impacting client satisfaction
  • Support escalations from internal and external stakeholders, provide direction to resolve issues, implement process improvements to mitigate the risk of repeated issues
  • Collaborate with internal and external groups to identify, analyze and proactively resolve issues and exceptions
  • Perform client training on State Street processes and applications such as MyStateStreet
  • Manage daily service delivery to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
  • Contribute as subject matter expert to change processes and internal projects
