Requirements

  • Degree and / Or master’s in Business Administration, Engineering or related areas;
  • +10 years of relevant experience in Sales, Logistics or Supply Chain (experience in the Portuguese market mandatory);
  • Specific experience in Management and / or Coordination of operational areas (beverage industry preferential);
  • Experience as Manager of People Managers (mandatory); Strong Stakeholder management;
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of the organization.
  • Business Acumen; Organized, analytical and results oriented;
  • Discipline, energy, resilience and proactivity;
  • Driving license (light vehicle; manual or automatic gearbox) and availability to travel;
  • Portuguese (fluent); English (B2);
  • Have the necessary documentation to provide subordinate work in Portugal at the time of the application (elimination facto)

Responsibilities

  • Provide inputs to long term OpCo strategic plans (Strategic Plan 3 Years) at different levels in line with the OpCo, global and sales strategy;
  • Define SCC vision and strategy for Operations area and drive plans execution, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy and Sales & Marketing Strategy & KPIS;
  • Ensure the definition of a Safety, Health and Environment plan and objectives for Operations areas, in line with Heineken policies, applicable internal and external procedures and regulations, and the implementation and monitorization of the plans;
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure definition of Segmentation, Commercial Policy, Service Levels and Investments guidelines definition for area of responsibility;
  • Define, propose and monitor the annual Events & Technical Assistance budget, resource & capacity plan ensuring it reflects the needs of all key stakeholders as well as full alignment with Sales strategy;
  • Ensure management and control of company assets on warehouses, point of sale and events, in alignment with Sales and Marketing teams;
  • Ensure that plans executed by Operations area are in accordance with the agreed service levels and lead times (eg. installation & maintenance in all customers, efficiency optimization in usage of resources, audit plan for external providers service, and others), considering objectives defined and satisfaction of internal and external customers; In alignment with relevant stakeholders, define KPIs and respective monitoring plan for the area, ensuring corrective measures are implemented by the teams to address any significant deviation.
  • Ensure processes & systems efficiency and continuous improvement, in compliance with Heineken Group policies and benchmarking best in class Operations service models;
  • Lead the team, setting up the best organization and governance and driving Heineken people management processes, whilst ensuring sustainable delivery in a highly inclusive environment, through agile ways of working, aligned with company values, purpose and culture.
