  • 8+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, change management, or related roles at a regional or multi-country level.
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in leading and implementing organizational development initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational design, change management, culture development, and team effectiveness principles.
  • Experience in working with senior leaders and HR business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement best-in-class organizational development practices and processes, continuously assessing and refining these practices to meet evolving business needs.
  • Implement frameworks to assess and enhance organizational structure, culture, and team performance.
  • Assess organizational needs and recommend evidence-based interventions to address performance gaps.
  • Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to enhance leadership capabilities and organizational alignment.
  • Partner with leaders to understand team needs and drive OD interventions to help drive team effectiveness.
  • Architect and optimize organizational structures to align with business goals and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand and address organizational needs, recommending strategic interventions to drive performance.
  • Develop and implement frameworks to assess and refine organizational design, ensuring it supports the company's strategic objectives.
  • Lead change initiatives, equipping leaders with tools and frameworks to effectively manage transitions.
  • Define, install, and govern change management practices for North America Operations.
  • Measure and monitor the impact of organizational changes and change management initiatives.
  • Design and implement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture that amplifies Schneider Electric's values.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
