Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage the Treasury Director's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Communication: Act as the first point of contact for the Treasury Director, handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails efficiently and professionally.
  • Documentation: Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Organise and coordinate team meetings and events.
  • Project Assistance: Assist in various projects and initiatives within the Treasury Department, providing research and administrative support as required.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
