  • Helpful if had experience in IT/Commercial Contracts.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for documenting agreed terms and to ensure new arrangements comply with overriding Master Service Agreements or with agreed commercial terms.
  • You will work collaboratively with colleagues in SRM, the Technology teams, Legal and business units to deliver contracting to support the Technology Transformation strategy.
  • Reporting to the Head of Commercial Law, you will also work to improve processes, guidance and training across the business.
  • You will help to organise training sessions and create processes and guidance notes to support excellence in compliance.
  • You will help to maintain precedents.
  • Ensuring the legal processes in place are efficient, ensure that we are future facing with our legal technologies.
  • Respond to emails, letters and telephone queries as appropriate.
