  • Case Management: Handle a high-volume caseload of motor recoveries files, including pre-litigated and litigated cases, under the supervision of senior team members.
  • Client Communication: Liaise effectively with clients, third parties, and opposing solicitors to progress cases and support the team in meeting client expectations.
  • Legal Research and Drafting: Assist with legal research and draft correspondence, pleadings, and court documents as necessary.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal procedures, policies, and timelines in case handling.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records, case files, and documents to support efficient case management and tracking.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other paralegals and legal professionals within the Motor Recoveries Team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
