  • You will provide comprehensive legal support across a wide range of Consumer Protection, Marketing, and Commercial Transactions matters
  • Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial transactions, including vendor agreements, termination letters, and amendments
  • Review marketing materials and communications (including digital, social media, email, in-app, and out-of-home) for compliance with disclosure requirements, claim substantiation, and internal policies
  • Triage, coordinate, and track requests for legal review through a JIRA dashboard
  • Work with Legal Operations teams, Contract Administrators, and CLM engineers to improve and streamline our CLM resources
  • Collaborate with Legal department program managers to identify opportunities for simplification, use of GenAI tools, and/or automation
  • Maintain and update the team's process documents, internal guidelines, business-facing playbooks, and training materials
