Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in outbound sales role where you owned the sales process from initial outreach to close.
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong phone presence and perseverance to make 50+ cold calls a day as well as multiple other communication touchpoints.
  • Ability to work a high volume of leads in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience managing expectations and overcoming objections with leads and stakeholders.
  • Positive attitude that thrives in a team setting while also owning your accountability for individual motivation.
  • Ability to speak to and demonstrate an organized workflow and funnel management experience.
  • Knowledge of SaaS sales or Wellness Management Software is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify and tenaciously target new opportunities via various forms and channels of communication.
  • Prospect from initial contact to partnership agreement and network launch.
  • Develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential fitness partners.
  • Maintain a high volume of activity including cold calls, emails, and social media through various outreach tools.
  • Provide consistent follow up through different stages of the sales cycle using provided tech tools.
  • Be accountable for consistently reaching and exceeding your daily KPI metrics as well as monthly sales quota.
