Requirements

  • MBA or Master of Engineering or Master of Science or PhD degree with graduation between 2023 and 2025
  • Available to join full time between February and July 2025
  • Between 3 and 10 years of complex professional experience (excluding internships and work studies) with responsibility for project management and delivery
  • Very good command of English (CEFR B2) and Italian (B2).
  • Flexible to work in non-traditional shift patterns, which will include nights and weekends
  • Open to relocate within Italy both when joining and for the duration of the Pathways program (3 years)
  • Analytical skills and sound business judgment
  • Professional experience in management, logistics, manufacturing or similar
  • Demonstrable decision-making and reasoning skills
  • Direct management experience of employees
  • Experience setting and improving KPIs

Responsibilities

  • After a thorough onboarding program as a front-line manager, lead up to 4 managers and 400 employees
  • Foster a strong Health and Safety culture
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively while motivating your team
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience
  • Be accountable for operational goals, strategic planning, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with senior management and support teams to achieve business objectives
