Responsibilities

  • The ability to treat all employees in a friendly and courteous manner the employees are our guests.
  • The ability to process confidential information without compromising the nature of the material or information.
  • The ability to process Workday transactions including but not limited to new hires, job requisitions, transfers, compensation changes and terminations.
  • The ability to answer telephone calls (keeping with Four Seasons standards), offering information, verifying present/past employment & handling personal calls for employees.
  • The ability to screen applicants, do reference checks, forward applications to Department Heads and Division Heads, mail form letters, process new hires, and complete new hire files.
  • The ability to process and route incoming and outgoing mail including all communication with Home Office.
  • The ability to trace all due dates for managers, including but not limited to reviews, Online Program checklists, and IDPs.
  • The ability to generate and distribute all monthly reports including but not limited to overdue performance reviews, birthday, anniversary, new hire, and termination lists.
  • The ability to maintain the cleanliness of the office, order supplies and process invoices.
  • The ability to update and maintain the hotel's Viva Engage page.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment and attend labor meeting
  • Assist with retention by managing the 30-60-6-month stay day surveys.
  • Manage the Hotel’s attestation process and process bi-annual audits in coordination with capgemini.
  • Support the Learning & Development manager with Ethics & Safety training and tracking.
  • Own special projects including but not limited to creation of manager welcome gift, Embark graduation gift and ECI for heart of house collateral.
  • The ability to support in coordinating all employees related functions including holiday party, children's party, theme days, picnic, etc.
  • The ability to possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the office.
  • The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
  • The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
  • The ability to maintain complete files for all current and terminated employees.
  • The ability to ensure that the employee locker room is clean and orderly.
