Responsibilities

  • The Assistant People & Culture Manager has direct involvement to the day to day recruitment efforts for Four Seasons Hotel Boston.
  • This role will work closely with the Assistant Director of People and Culture to design and implement a robust recruitment strategy.
  • The Assistant People and Culture Manager will also assist in other People and Culture functions such as benefits administration, employee relations, employee retention, employee communications, career development, wage & hour compliance, workers’ compensation and legal matters related to hotel employees.
