Responsibilities

  • First and second rotations
  • During your time in Employee Relations, you will be exposed to areas of responsibility such managing employee and company relationships, handling grievances, and understanding employment law. You will also learn about performance management, conduct reviews, and work on talent development projects. Implementing HR policies in line with company values, analysing data from employee engagement surveys, and effective communication with stakeholders are also part of the ER role.
  • During your time in People Services, you will play a critical role in managing the employee experience from start to finish. This includes handling various employee requests such as those related to rewards and HR policies, and ensuring that these requests are managed in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will work closely with managers and employees to resolve issues and provide guidance on HR-related matters. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collect and analyse HR data to inform business decisions related to workforce planning, organisational development, and employee engagement. This may include analysing trends in employee turnover, assessing the effectiveness of talent development programs, or evaluating the impact of HR policies on employee satisfaction and retention. By being at the very heart of the employee experience, you will have a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company and its people.
  • Third rotation
  • You will undertake your final rotation in a People Centre of Excellence function. This will be determined during your second rotation, and chosen by the business.
