Responsibilities

  • The Project Manager will use project management tools to scope, lead, and ensure the timely delivery of multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment with many partners, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
  • Collaborates effectively and efficiently with a variety of stakeholders within the People Operations Cabinet and the wider organization to build well-structured project plans. Translates organizational and business needs into comprehensive project plans, including objectives, timelines, and milestones.
  • Coordinates and works with other internal departments on project communications or other People Operations-related communications.
  • Identifies and facilitates the coordination of meetings and workshops with key stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
  • Performs change management/communications activities.
  • Manages deliverables and project execution activities from the initiation phase through post-live support, including needs assessment, build, implementation, analytics, innovation, maintenance, and enhancements.
  • Administers new programs until they are ready for handoff to other teams.
  • Develops process maps/workflows from conducting current state process analysis to developing redesigned processes.
  • Acts as a liaison between People Operations leadership and other senior executives internally and externally.
  • Responds promptly and courteously to all inquiries.
  • Assists the People Operations leadership with special projects and ongoing operations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
