Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key partner to Senior Management Team to lead and embed the people and culture strategy for Inc. and ensure the delivery of the HR New Deal
  • Develop HR strategy for LVMH Inc. that aligns to the business’s roadmap and vision; drive the agenda through the LVMH Inc. culture by supporting people leader accountability
  • Design and deliver talent strategy for corporate employees – assessment, engagement, learning & leadership development and retention of top talent (build identity/employer brand of LVMH Inc. as talent importer from and exporter to Maisons); drive annual OMR process
  • Deliver HR operational excellence by building a strong foundation for core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits, recruitment, performance management, compliance, Annual Report, etc.; key partner to Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards) team (please note: as this role is still in build mode for the function at Inc., there is an inherent administrative component to the role)
  • Build a stronger discipline around performance management (Rise) through an open, continuous and transparent culture of feedback
  • Proficiency in and comfort with people data, analytics and insights and leveraging technology to enable and enhance the HR lifecycle to best support talent attraction, management, development and retention (i.e., Pulse/Engagement Survey, People Dashboard, Talent Connect, etc.)
  • Compelling and responsive communicator/presenter (written and oral) who is able to drive awareness and engagement in talent and culture initiatives and creates opportunities for Inc. talent to connect and collaborate
  • Able to demonstrate solid conflict resolution and navigate the nuances of employee relations; liaise with LVMH Inc. Legal Team to swiftly resolve issues with a focus on the employee experience and well-being
  • Liaise with LVMH Holding in Paris and key leadership stakeholders to ensure a collaborative global approach and to build awareness of the LVMH Inc. identity, journey and successes in North America
  • Manage a modest budget for Inc. HR operational expenses, employee engagement and learning initiatives
