Responsibilities

  • You will provide comprehensive PA support to multiple members of the UK Management Team. This means working across several diaries, coordinating competing priorities, and keeping things running smoothly at senior level.
  • You’ll be a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling confidential information with discretion and building strong working relationships across the business and beyond.
  • No two days will look the same. One moment you’ll be coordinating a complex set of meetings across multiple diaries, the next you’ll be organising travel logistics or supporting the delivery of a leadership event.
  • Diary management for multiple MT members, proactively ensuring productive use of time, prioritising meetings, and sensitively resolving conflicts across schedules
  • Travel management, including accommodation and itinerary arrangements
  • Coordination of internal and external meetings, offsites and events
  • Preparation of documents, reports and presentation materials
  • Screening and managing correspondence, dealing with routine matters and flagging items that need urgent attention
  • Administration of expenses, invoices and budget tracking
  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, their assistants, and external contacts to support effective communication
  • Providing support and coordination across the wider PA team
