Responsibilities

  • The Personal Assistant to the Group Deputy CFO provides high-calibre executive support, enabling effective prioritisation, smooth day-to-day operations and strong organisational discipline. The role is responsible for proactive diary, inbox, meeting and travel management, expenses and general administration, while also delivering high-quality coordination, governance and communications support. In addition, the role plays a key part in supporting the wider Group Strategic Finance & Performance Team through action tracking, briefing preparation, event coordination and special projects.
  • Manage the Director’s diary, ensuring effective prioritisation and readiness for all engagements
  • Coordinate travel, logistics and key documentation
  • Prepare high-quality meeting materials, briefings and follow-ups aligned to business priorities
  • Act as a key point of contact, ensuring clear and timely communication across stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and support network. Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgement when handling sensitive information
  • Manage the Director’s inbox and workflow, prioritising effectively and driving efficiency
  • Coordinate key leadership routines and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Track and follow up on key actions, decisions and deliverables
  • Attend key meetings, capture actions and ensure accountability across stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate organisational information, including team structures and calendars
