Responsibilities

  • As a Personal Assistant within Vodafone Cyber Security and Technology Strategy & Governance, you’ll play a pivotal role at the heart of a high‑impact, fast‑moving environment.
  • You’ll partner closely with the Head of Secure by Design and two senior leaders, enabling them to focus on what matters most by keeping their days running smoothly and efficiently.
  • From expertly managing complex diaries and balancing competing priorities, to coordinating meetings, events and travel across markets, you’ll be a trusted point of contact who brings clarity and structure to busy schedules.
  • You’ll build strong relationships across the wider PA and governance communities, working collaboratively within Vodafone Cyber Security, Technology and Group functions.
  • The role offers exposure beyond your immediate team, with opportunities to support wider initiatives, planning activities and events alongside the Director’s Principal Assistant.
  • With a strong focus on forward planning, organisation and delivery, you’ll anticipate needs, manage requests with confidence and ensure deadlines are met—even when things move at pace.
