Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional photography experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional technical and creative skills
  • Bachelor´s degree in photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One with a deep understanding of retouching techniques, color correction, and image manipulation
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and other photographic principles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute innovative visual concepts for various projects, including, campaigns, editorials, social media, and other creative materials
  • Capture high-quality photographs using various techniques, lighting, and equipment, ensuring each image aligns with the creative vision and brand guidelines
  • Utilize advanced retouching skills to enhance and perfect photographs, ensuring consistency in style, color, and overall aesthetic
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in photography and retouching to continuously improve and refine your skills
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of digital assets, including image cataloging, archiving, and backups
  • Work closely with a team of multidisciplinary designers, to ensure a cohesive and successful final product
