Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all photography imagery requests, coordinating workloads across photographers and stylists to ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage end to end studio production for product imagery, including TSVs, key lines and ad hoc shoots across beauty, fashion, accessories and home
  • Create clear visual briefs, organise samples, studio space and resources, and ensure imagery aligns to brand and style guidelines
  • Coordinate specialist shoots including bedding and food, booking crew and studios, liaising with buyers and briefing teams on look, feel and timelines
  • Track samples and workflow through the studio, liaising closely with Product Central, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
