What is the primary role of a Physiotherapist in this position?
The primary role is to provide a high standard of physiotherapy service to patients referred to Ealing Community Partners Musculoskeletal service, including comprehensive assessments, individual treatment programs, and support for patients and junior staff.
Is there any supervision for the Physiotherapist in this role?
Yes, while you work without direct supervision, you will have access to regular formal training, clinical reasoning sessions, peer review, and support from Senior Therapists within the team.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A Degree or equivalent Diploma in Physiotherapy and current Health Care Professions Council Registration are essential qualifications.
Is experience in the NHS necessary for this role?
Yes, a good working knowledge of the NHS system of care is essential.
What kind of patients will I be working with?
You will be working with patients with diverse or complex presentations, including those with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
Is participation in staff training encouraged?
