Responsibilities

  • As the Rehabilitation Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the assessment and development of Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRPs) for all identified children with disabilities enrolled in the Inclusive Education (IE) program.
  • Your role will involve coordinating therapeutic interventions, providing adaptive devices, ensuring health and hygiene support, and promoting accessibility services for children with special needs (CwSN).
  • Additionally, you will collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders to implement the program effectively, provide capacity-building training, monitor progress, and report on program activities this work will be in the community in selected block on the basis of the need to implement the program.
