Responsibilities

  • The Physical Therapist I (PT) is responsible for providing direct client focused therapeutic care, in collaboration and consultation with other members of the interdisciplinary team.
  • The PT assesses physical status of clients, participates in the development and implementation of an integrated plan of care.
  • The PT is responsible for the provision of services in accordance with established standards, and the Mission, Vision, Values, policies and procedures of Covenant Health.
