Requirements

  • Should have 8 to 10 years of strong experience with minimum of 5+ year as RTE.
  • Candidate Should be able to play SAFe RTE role and run as Chief Scrum Master for multiple Scrum teams
  • Should be able do Agile Transformation Conduct Agile Coaching Mentor Scrum Teams Scrum Masters on Agile Best Practices
  • Should be able to do Agile Maturity assessment of the TEAMS
  • Hands on experience with Agile Metrics, Agile PLM, Agile Methodologies Scrum Agile Estimation, Agile Requirements Management, JIRA, Agile Engineering Practices, Program Change Management
  • Experience running PI planning and ART events is must.
  • Extensive experience in using Jira and Confluence
  • Should be SAFe RTE, SAFe Scrum Master Certified.
  • Using good interpersonal skills should be able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Training, Coaching & mentoring skills and active listening.
  • Serving as a liaison between product management, development and operations team.
  • Implementing PI planning events and monitoring their progress.
  • Identify and managing ART bottlenecks, help the ART manage and mitigate risks
  • Promote improvement through inspect and adapt event
  • Responsible for Sprint and product deliverables.
  • Adheres to procedures and guidelines set forth.
  • Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner.
  • Assists team with any tech stack challenges and mitigate impediments.
  • Prepare documentation & incorporate feedback on time.
  • Educate staff members through training and individual support.
