  • Assist in building and maintaining annual Marketing and PR calendars in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Support the planning and execution of beauty and fashion promotions, including key initiatives such as the HN Beauty GWP
  • Help manage campaign budgets, tracking spend and highlighting risks or opportunities
  • Proactively drive editorial coverage across key media platforms, building and maintaining strong relationships with press contacts
  • Manage press requests, ensuring timely delivery of imagery, quotes, and information
  • Draft press releases in line with the Harvey Nichols tone of voice
  • Coordinate in-store activity including filming, photography, and press appointments
  • Support the planning and execution of press and customer events to enhance brand awareness and engagement
