Responsibilities

  • Continu toezien op het functioneren van productie gerelateerde IT applicaties, beschikbaarheid van applicaties en bedrijfsprocessen;
  • Het pro-actief voorkomen van storingen;
  • Het verlenen van 1e en 2e lijnsondersteuning aan operations bij IT gerelateerde applicatie storingen;
  • Het bepalen van de aard, oorzaak en urgentie van incidenten en vaststellen welke acties moeten worden uitgevoerd om de storing efficiënt te verhelpen;
  • Het adviseren van work-arounds in geval van (complexe) IT storingen;
  • Het escaleren van 3e lijns storingen en, waar nodig, het inschakelen van interne en/of externe specialisten;
  • Het bewaken van de voortgang van gestelde prioriteiten en werkzaamheden, welke worden uitgevoerd door specialisten;
  • Het escaleren van bijzonderheden of problemen met een grote impact naar leidinggevenden;
  • Het pro-actief aandragen van oplossingen aan leidinggevende ter verbetering van IT-systemen;
  • Informeren en afstemmen met interne afdelingen over voortgang, verstoringen etc;
  • Als klankbord optreden ten behoeve van improvement issues;
  • Een bijdrage leveren aan optimalisatietrajecten;
  • Het testen van nieuwe software releases.
