Responsibilities

  • Responsible to leverage RCM technology in monitoring Reefer Cargo shipments
  • Operate with a customer-first mindset within the team, ensuring that there is common understanding and focus on adding value to the Maersk’s Bottom line
  • Plan, follow-up and execute the Trial & hyper care projects and ensure that deviations and malfunctions are caught timelier and, fitting actions are taken to avoid any major deviations to Temperature readings
  • Establish connects with Reefer technicians within the team and further work with RCM Product team in identifying /resolving technical bugs (if any)
  • Live the cultural amplifiers in ensuring that Focus, Simplicity and Teamwork are always demonstrated
  • Ensure Company vision, values & ethics are always upheld within team through professional behaviour and good team working ability
  • Ensure all process-related communication are handled in a timely manner and the issues requiring investigation are responded to, with root cause and concrete corrective action
  • Maintain a pro-active approach on Customer Engagement at Leadership level, by offering suggestions / solutions and further strengthen the value chain
  • Identify and propose changes that will support standardization and improve quality, timeliness, and productivity, resulting in increased efficiency levels
