Responsibilities

  • - Executive produce and project manage albums for the production music catalogue from conception to release, created with the purpose of being synced on TV, advertising and other media.
  • - Manage the relationships with our joint venture labels, working closely with our partnerships team to build strong connections with our partners.
  • - Spearhead our repertoire initiatives, ranging from green production, championing diversity and developing our offering in non-traditional markets, such as wellness.
  • - Devise and conceptualise album briefs.
  • - Provide clear and concise creative feedback to composers on demos.
  • - Manage recording sessions.
  • - Proactively research and identify current music trends and gaps in the catalogue.
  • - Be innovative in developing ideas to improve repertoire offering.
  • - Project management with ownership and accountability of your work.
  • - Work to deadlines, ensuring repertoire is produced, mastered & released on time.
