Responsibilities

  • - VT coordinating live shows. Leading a team of EVS operators to deliver live broadcasts across our portfolio of sports. Match and Presentation coordination skills are preferable.
  • - Working on Outside Broadcasts (OBs) in locations away from the studio, using talkback and working as an analysis producer in VT.
  • - Working in an onsite edit and operating an LSM remote to complete tasks such as browsing the EVS network, making and copying clips and sending to edit.
  • - Supporting Programme Editors: Assisting in various tasks related to content production. This may include logging footage, organising media files, conducting research, helping with script writing or editing, and performing other administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth workflow of the editing process.
  • - Liaising with on screen talent, such as analysts or commentators on outside broadcasts to produce in depth analysis. Scripting VO and field producing talent. Directing talent on shoots and ensuring that the final product meets the editorial standards and requirements of the program.
  • - Generating ideas and suggestions for content: actively brainstorming and contributing creative ideas for content development: including researching current trends and topics, identifying potential story angles or features, pitching concepts to editorial teams, collaborating with colleagues to refine ideas, and continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and enhance the quality and appeal of the programming content.
