  • Analyse operational pain points and propose scalable system solutions
  • Work closely with finance and royalties teams across multiple territories to capture requirements and validate solutions
  • Map end-to-end workflows using tools such as Lucid
  • Document global best practice processes and system behaviours
  • Support the evolution from legacy workflows to streamlined, scalable product-led processes
  • Help design and execute test cases and support UAT cycles
  • Log and triage defects with development teams

  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and operational users
