Responsibilities

  • Knowledge gathering: Proactively developing deep knowledge about your product, stakeholder requirements, our banking partners, and the technologies and systems we rely on. You need to become the go-to expert.
  • Gathering requirements: Working with internal teams to understand the needs of different product areas that rely on these services, and working with engineering to define how our systems can be designed to meet these
  • Process and data mapping: Understanding the different flows of information between internal partners, the systems you are responsible for, and external partners
  • Defining the roadmap: Defining a structured and executable development roadmap, based on a clear set of priorities that are aligned with the Finance and Product teams that depend on these services
  • Driving delivery: Bringing structure to planning and the overarching development process, alongside the Engineering team and a Technical Lead. We won’t dictate any “framework”. Focus on output
  • Working cross-functionally: Working with colleagues from different parts of the organisation and taking the lead on problem-solving and alignment
  • Decision-Making: Taking the lead on choices that enable our company to deliver great products and services to our customers
