  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree, preferred but not limited to Computer Science, Graphics, or Human-computer interaction
  • 6+ years of experience within product design of an Enterprise product, with a focus on data centers or computer networking infrastructure.
  • Experience using design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Invision, Sketch etc
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Existing portfolio exhibiting modern design concepts, wide variety of design projects and your direct contribution.
  • Design experience of Enterprise/ Complex products, datacenter product or Cisco related product.
  • Success in working cross functionally across Product and Engineering team, in multiple time zones
  • Experience working in environments with established and documented workflows

Responsibilities

  • Create user-focused designs by aligning user, business needs, and technical capabilities into innovative products using design thinking.
  • Design workflows, user tasks, personas, interaction flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Conduct user research throughout the product lifecycle, including usability tests and heuristic evaluations.
  • Develop and integrate guidelines and standards into the product development process.
  • Collaborate with UI front-end and architects to deliver the final product.
  • Enhance the existing design system while working with engineering, product, and domain experts.
