Responsibilities

  • Primary Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate a clear product strategy and vision for Optum Bank Commercial Deposit and Lending solutions; aligning with the overall organizational goals
  • Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including competitive intelligence, customer insights, and industry trends, to identify opportunities and drive product innovation
  • Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the prioritization, sequencing, and release plans for new features and enhancements, based on customer needs and business objectives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product execution, resolve challenges, and achieve business objectives
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
