Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop specialized teams of product owners and product analysts focused on the delivery of Core HCM capabilities
  • Analyze employee and product information to ensure the highest leverage activities are being delivered
  • Perform market research related to development and testing of emerging capabilities and products
  • Collaborate with other Product Directors across HR to ensure an integrated roadmap and delivery of foundational capabilities
  • Operate with a risk management mindset to ensure an effective control environment
  • Manage companywide efforts to align and coordinate systems requirements, product introduction, process re-engineering, end-user training, and ongoing product and service management
  • Lead matrix teams by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex, unique, and critical product line issues to meet deliverables
  • Collaborate with and influence stakeholders, subject matter experts, program managers, and experienced leaders
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
