Requirements

  • Responsible for the systems that plan and create the Replenishment of stock into and around our network
  • Champion an automation first approach in line with the strategy of ‘manage by exception and inputs, not by rule or outputs'
  • Take ownership of the Product area and work with stakeholders and engineering to build technology that is flexible and supports the replenishment of current and future networks strategies
  • Continuous improvement of the Store Replenishment Product
  • Scoping and delivery of Replenishment for all non-Store sites
  • Supporting the wider Supply Chain Planning squads and working with a horizontal mindset to deliver the best outcomes and support the build of an E2E replenishment system
  • Have a customer-centric approach to all feature work, ensuring we are improving the customer experience with every iteration.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements for new business initiatives, focusing on the “problem to solve.”
  • Serve our internal customers, ensuring order data is available, useful, and reliable.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap in collaboration with Engineering and Business Stakeholders.
  • Continuously review product backlog priorities to ensure that value, cost of delay and effort are balanced effectively.
  • Contribute to the product strategy, ensuring it feeds into the wider business 3-year plan.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to adjust communication style to fit the audience.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools with the capability to take product requirements and convert them into workable tickets that your engineering team can understand.
  • Product Management experience in Replenishment, Supply Chain or Retail domain is desirable.
