Responsibilities

  • Collect and synthesize feedback and pain points from Operations and liaise with Product and Technical teams.
  • Understand city-specific operations challenges and guide operators in how to use products in the most effective and efficient way.
  • Help define and build the case for new features including engaging with stakeholders, documenting use cases and ensuring requirements are handed off to the Product team.
  • Manage the launch of new operational tools or product features. Including: Stakeholder management and alignment, documentation, training operators and gathering feedback post launch.
  • Champion the operator experience across Lyft, ensuring all teams understand this user group’s unique needs, perspectives, and goals.
