Requirements

At least 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, Project Management or any other related field
Banking and FinTech industry background is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities

Responsible for defining and executing the strategy to accelerate usage of Bank Transfer among the GCash population
Analyzes product key metrics regularly and ensures service stability by performing root cause analysis of production issues and identifying solutions immediately
Manages product roadmap with the delivery team to ensure compliance with the regulatory bodies and timely launch of priority projects
Collaborates with enabling teams to ensure best end-to-end customer experience and readiness for product launches
Implements strategic data-driven marketing initiatives, liaised between cross-functional internal teams and external teams
Conceptualizes, designs, and executes new features and derivative services tailor-fitted to the needs and behavior of various end-users, and transforming these features and services into revenue-generating channels, while optimizing service costs
